The following encouragements for your prayer time with God are provided by the St. Andrew's Prayer Team.

Second Sunday after Pentecost: June 18, 2017
God's peace is his reconciliation of those who were previously alienated from him and from one another. "… and through (Jesus) God was pleased to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, by making peace through the blood of his cross." (Colossians 1:20)

For (Jesus) is our peace; in his flesh he has … broken down the dividing wall, that is, the hostility between us." (Ephesians 2:14)

Trinity Sunday: June 11, 2017
Let us worship the great and glorious God and Jesus Christ his Son, risen from the dead, who ascended to join the Father and to show us his majesty and power! “He is the brightness of His glory, the express image of Himself, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had by Himself purged our sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” (Hebrews 1:3)

“…(Jesus Christ) has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.” (1 Peter 3:22)
