$25 before August 1; $35 after August 1. (Fee is fully refundable if event is canceled.)

Additional Details

The Annual St. Andrew’s Harvest Festival will feature a Vendor’s Market, Food Truck Fair, and Flea Market.

What the Church provides: A 10′ x 10′ outdoor space (electric is not provided); recognition in publicity and a program of activities provided to festival-goers.

What the Vendor provides: Your own tables, chairs, and a tent if you wish.

Other stipulations:

  • Only one representative of national or regional businesses (Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Origami Owl, Premier Designs, etc.) will be accepted. In cases where two or more representatives of the same business submit a vendor contract, the space will be provided to the vendor whose completed contract with payment has the earliest postmark, and the others will be placed on a wait list if they so desire.
  • Check-in will take place between 7 and 8 a.m. All set-up must be completed by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Festival.
  • Tear-down shall be no earlier than 2 p.m.
